Today is my 1st day in Mumbai - a paradoxical city.Got down at Dadar and hired a taxi to Andheri.I was being extra cautious coz heard lot of stories about money ,luggage being stolen etc.Invariably the taxi guy went in circles and gave a full guided Mumbai city tour.Had to cough 800rs for a ride which wouldnt have cost me more that 200rs.Saw a signpost ' Welcome to Mumbai !!!! ' - How true.

I was wondering if this city ever sleeps.The local stations were packed with hundred's of people waiting to get in.
